Hello, I’m Lamha Bijili — but you can just call me Lamha.
I’m a game designer based in Australia, with a background in toy and game design, visual storytelling, and player psychology. I care deeply about joy, originality, accessibility, and systems that feel just right. I love solving problems through playful thinking and crafting experiences that feel both intuitive and surprising.
I’ve designed games for studios like Zynga and Murka, working on titles including GOT Slots, Wonka Slots, Black Diamond Casino, and Scatter Poker. My work has spanned across casual, slots, hybrid-casual, and multiplayer formats—always with a focus on balancing strong mechanics with player delight.
I hold a Master’s in Game Design from the National Institute of Design, and my work is shaped by years of experience across illustration, graphic design, cognitive psychology, and visual art. I often bridge creative and analytical teams—mapping ideas into flowcharts and systems while also brainstorming with sketches, placeholder art, or AI-generated visuals.
Whether it's designing features to boost ARPDAU, rewriting onboarding flows to reduce friction, or prototyping unique mechanics, I approach every challenge with curiosity and intention. I also enjoy digging into player data, user testing feedback, and A/B results to shape more meaningful decisions.
When I’m not deep in a spreadsheet or game loop, you’ll find me lifting weights, painting, cooking without a recipe, or planning my next mini road trip. I’m passionate about design mentorship, and I hope to grow into a thoughtful, intuitive design leader in the years to come.
For now, I’m just loving the ride—designing joyful, impactful, and sometimes slightly weird games that make people feel something.
